Dr. Fisher is board-certified in family medicine. Upon graduation from Medical College of Ohio, Dr. Fisher continued his training at the Toledo Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program.
He has keen interest in anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as a commanding knowledge of nutritional supplements. Over the years, Dr. Fisher has fostered a passion for what the medical community calls “anti-aging medicine.”
Dr. Sherman is board-certified in family medicine. He attended the University of Michigan for undergraduate and earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 1997. In 2003, he earned his MBA from The University of Toledo.
Dr. Sherman joined Sylvan Lakes Family Physicians in 2010. In addition to a full time medical practice, Dr. Sherman volunteers his time as a board member of the Toledo Lucas County Health Department. Dr. Sherman enjoys spending time with his wife, Joanne, and daughters, Alyssa and Megan. The Sherman family are members at St. Joseph’s parish and school in Sylvania. Dr. Sherman is pleased to accept new patients into his medical practice.
Dr. Kristin Woodard is board-certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. She graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000, before moving to Toledo where she completed her family practice residency at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in 2003.
Originally from Sandusky, she has been practicing in the Toledo area ever since. Dr. Woodard and her husband Todd enjoy spending time with their two daughters, Morgan and Taylor.
Dr. Arun Mathur, MD, CAQSM
Arun Mathur, MD, CAQSM is a board certified physician. He completed his fellowship in sports medicine at ProMedica Toledo Hospital in the Primary Care Sports Medicine Residency and his residency in family medicine at ProMedica Flower Hospital. Dr. Mathur is a graduate of University West Indies Medical School, Saint Augustine, Trinidad and received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Ohio State University.
Dr. Mathur has extensive experience in family medicine, orthopedics and sports medicine. He has worked with sports teams including the Toledo Mud Hens and The University of Toledo women’s soccer team. He has recently worked at Case Western University Hospitals with a focus on regenerative medicine including prolotherapy (injection therapy), platelet-rich plasma and stem cell therapy.
Dr. Holly Dickman, D.O.
Dr. Holly Dickman is an Osteopathic Family Physician. After completing medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine she continued her education at Toledo Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati.
Originally from Upper Sandusky, Dr. Dickman and her husband Bryan have found their home in the Toledo area. She is the President of the Northwest Ohio Chi Omega Alumnae Chapter, volunteers with the Ronald McDonald
